​Mr. James Randall Thomas

Mr. James Randall Thomas, age 62, of Mount Airy, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. He was born on September 26, 1955 to the late Carlie Sherman and Mary Mabel Hiatt Thomas. Mr. Thomas is survived a grandson, Kenith Charley; daughter-in-law, Natasha Thomas; step daughter, Tammy Anders; step grandchildren, Madison Richardson and Trevor Anders; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Tim Tilley, Patty and Ricky Bare, Peggy and Sonny Chappell; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Kay Thomas, Jimmie and Wanda Thomas; his best friend and mother of his son, Barbara Thomas; special friend, Diane McMillian; numerous nieces and nephews; and special little dog, “Ruby Sue”. In addition to his parents, Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Thomas and son, Jesse James Thomas. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Pilot Mountain with Rev. Jeff Wall officiating.
