Alicia Carol Hutchens Casstevens

Mrs. Alicia Carol Hutchens Casstevens, 43, of 187 Friendship Lane, Mount Airy, passed away Monday, June 16, 2008, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Casstevens was born July 27, 1964, in Forsyth County, to the late Arville Ray and Carolyn Thomas Hutchens. She was a homeaker and employed by Hardee's in Pilot Mountain. Mrs. Casstevens attended The Church of God of Prophecy. She is survived by her husband, Lamon Daniel Casstevens of the home; a daughter, Danielle Casstevens of the home; two sons, Timothy Casstevens of Mount Airy and Joshua Casstevens of the home; and a brother, Arville Dean Hutchens of East Bend. The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 19, 2008, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Gene Casstevens and the Rev. Linda Casstevens, and burial will follow in the Jones-Fleming Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
