Amber Lea "Lulu" Bullins, age 22 of Lawsonville, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 in Battlecreek City, Michigan. She was born on September 29, 1989 in Patrick County, and was preceded in death by her maternal Pepa, Elaine "Smurf" Wilmoth and paternal Papa and Nanny, Hubert and Allie Mae Bullins. She had been a CNA and was of the Baptist faith. Amber had made peace with herself and everyone else before leaving. She stated last week that she would be a whole new person when she came back, and she was right. She was an angel that God needed who would want us to remember her the way she was. She would also wish for us to celebrate life, party and be happy.
Amber is survived by her parents, Ronnie and Sherry Wilmoth Bullins of Lawsonville; a sister, Hope Marie Bullins and fiancé, Keith Niday, of Lawsonville; her maternal Papa, Donnie Wilmoth and wife, Margaret; aunts and uncles, Susan and Randy, Ricky and Donna, Jamie and Susan, Allen and Annette, Cindy and Kenny, Oneil and Krissi; cousins, Jessica, Austin, Kymbre, Maggie, Mark, Amy, Lizzie, Brayden, Derick, Brittany and Jade; and her best friend ever, her baby and beloved dog, Squirt.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Brother Bobby Wilmoth and Brother Austin Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in Aarons Corner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home after the services.
