Anita Robertson Snow

Mrs. Anita Robertson Snow, age 76 of Cana, VA went to her heavenly home on Thursday, December 14, 2023. Anita was born on March 24, 1947, in Surry County to the late Ruby Pauline Robertson.  Anita was a loving and devoted wife of 59 years to her teenage “sweetheart” Paul Franklin Snow.  Anita was a loving mother, nanny, sister and friend.  She was a faithful member of Genesis Full Gospel Church where she served as the church secretary for many years.  She loved telling others of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His love.  She is survived by her husband of the home, Paul Franklin Snow; sons and daughters-in-law, Mitchell and Heather Snow of Austinville, VA, Franklin and Donna Snow of Cana, VA; grandchildren, Meaghan Snow, Jonathan Snow, Joshua Snow, Morgan Snow, Chris and Kristin Hawks, Josh and Zacha Peace, Matthew Hawks, Nathan Price, Hannah and Cory Frazier, Caleb Hill; great-grandchild, Sora Shelton; two sisters,  Wilma Whitt and Chancy Edwards, Judy Speaks; and one brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Tina Robertson.  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 2:00pm at Genesis Full Gospel Church in Mount Airy.  The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 12:00pm - 2:00pm with Rev. Donnie Hooker and Pastor Dud Spencer officiating.  Burial will follow the service at the church cemetery.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy will be serving the family.
