Annie Lee Booze Pulliam

Mrs. Annie Lee Booze Pulliam, 86, of Pinnacle, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014, at Northern Hospital of Surry County. She was born June 23, 1928, in Forsyth County, to the late Paul and Cardie Norman Booze. Mrs. Pulliam was a homemaker and retired from R.J. Reynolds. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, John Pulliam, Jr. of Pinnacle and Terry and Allen Cobb of Gilbert, AZ; and four grandchildren, Caroline Pulliam, Addison Pulliam, Victoria Pulliam, and Joshua Cobb. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pulliam was preceded in death by her husband, John Pulliam; a sister, Jane Zackery; and a brother, Paul Booze. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014, at 6:00 PM at Temple Baptist Church, with the Rev. Zane Fishel officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 until 6:00 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Reformers Unanimous at Temple Baptist Church, 3615 Rockford Street, Mount Airy, NC 27030. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the Pulliam family.
