Arnold Reggie Jones

Mr. Arnold Reggie Jones, 66, of 604 Robin Ridge Road, Cana, VA, passed away Monday, December 23, 2013, at his home. Mr. Jones was born December 25, 1946, in Carroll County, VA, to the late Floyd Reggie and Beulah Clester Jones. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War, and was last employed at Proctor-Silex Inc. He is survived by a sister, Joan Wright of Madison; a brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Margaret Jones of Cana, VA; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Jones was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary McCraw and Roberta Sykes; and two brothers, Reggie Jones and Johnny Jones. The funeral service will be held Thursday, December 26, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Larry Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones-Fleming Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
