Arnold Lee Wall

Mr. Arnold Lee Wall, 57, of Ararat, NC passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Northern Hospital of Surry County. He was born in Surry County on February 21, 1956 to Boyd Lamon and Iris Louise Shinault Wall. He is survived by his wife, Anna Marie Dean Wall of the home; a son, Shannon Lee Wall of Ararat; step-daughters, and step son-in-law, Amanda and Kevin Danley, Stephanie Rippey all of Ararat; special grandchildren, Andrew Boyd Wall and Madison Leigh Wall both of Ararat; step-grandchildren, Adrianna Danielle Wall, Brady Alexander Wall, Jesilyn Marie Rippey all of Ararat; his parents, Boyd Lamon and Iris Louise Shinault Wall of Ararat;sisters Lula Collins, and Bonnie Poindexter both of Siloam; brothers and sisters-in-law, Aubrey and Mary Wall, Howard and Debbie Wall all of Ararat; special pets, Earnhart, Precious, and Sparky; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Wall was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Shasta Ann Wall; a brother-in-law, Mike Collins. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ted Crotts and Rev. Frank Danley officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
