Ashley Michelle Dawn Powers

Miss Ashley Michelle Dawn Powers, 18, of Mount Airy, passed away Friday morning, March 8, 2024, at her home.  Miss Powers was born October 16, 2005, in Forsyth County, the daughter of Jason Matthew Powers and Amanda Lynn Evans.  Ashley was a senior at East Surry High School.  She was a sweet, young lady, who loved life, art, color, and singing.  She is survived by her mother, Amanda Lynn Evans; four siblings, Kayla Evans, Abigail Powers, Jason Matthew Powers, Jr., and Christopher Powers; her grandfather, Charles Powers; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Miss Powers was preceded in death by her father, Jason Matthew Powers; and her grandparents, Barbara Bowman, Dean Evans, and Kathy Powers.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Skyline Memory Gardens, with the Rev.
