Aurora Rubio-Cortes Valle

Mrs. Aurora Rubio-Cortez Valle, 80, of Mount Airy, NC passed away Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home. Born May 17, 1945, in Mexico to the late Gregorio Rubio and Lidia Cortes. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mirella Valle; sons, Fernando Valle, Jose Valle, and Jorge Valle; and grandchildren, Grecia Valle, Elizabeth Valle, Luis Valle, Arturo Valle, Violeta Valle, Aldo Valle, Andrea Valle; great-grandchildren, Matteo Zamudio, Andre Zamudio, and Emilio Zamudio. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reynaldo Valle. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Divine Redeemer Catholic Church in Boonville, NC, with Father Jean-Pierre Swamunu Lhoposo officiating. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson, NC is serving the Valle family.
