Baby Amelia Nicole Frazier

Baby Amelia Nicole Frazier went to her heavenly home on Sunday, January 11, 2015. She is survived by her parents, Chris David and Winter Rice Frazier; her grandparents, Robin Tina and Robert Carte, Stewart and Rita Rice, and Ernie and Marsha Frazier; her great-grandparents, Vodia Rice and Douglas Melton; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
