Barbara Louise Tyndall Bowman

Mrs. Barbara Louise Tyndall Bowman, 61, of Mount Airy, passed away early Thursday morning, October 21, 2021, at Northern Regional Hospital. Mrs. Bowman was born December 9, 1959, in Guilford County, to the late Armon B. Tyndall and Betty Louise Jackson Tyndall Yates. Barbara worked at Renfro for many years until her health declined. She is survived by three daughters, Amanda Evans, Jennifer Evans, and Samantha Evans, all of Mount Airy; a son, Dean Allen Bowman of Mount Airy; sixteen grandchildren; her stepfather, Larry Kistler of Mooresville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Teresa Tyndall of Bennettsville, SC, and Wayne Armon and Ardella Tyndall of Elkin; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bowman was preceded in death by her husband, David Neal Bowman; a son, Dereck Neal Bowman; and two sisters, Kathy Ann Tyndall Powers and Linda Tyndall Bogle. No formal services will be held. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
