Barbara Jean Goins

Miss Barbara Jean Goins, age 83, of Dobson, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024, at The Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem. She was born January 26, 1941, in Surry County, to the late Will Goins and the late Maggie Danley Goins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters. Barbara is survived by her son, Terry Goins; two brothers; and a dear friend, Mary Whitt. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 1, 2024, in the Blackwater Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Greg Hall officiating. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Goins family.
