Billy Macadoo Moore

Mr. Billy Macadoo Moore, 66, of Little River, South Carolina passed away on Sunday December 23, 2007 at Sea Coast Medical Center. He was born in Surry County on January 13, 1941 to the late William H. and Bessie Hodge Moore. Mr. Moore was a self employed carpenter and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a son, Billy Steven Moore of Little River, South Carolina; two step daughters Dawn Miller of Ashe, NC and Cathlene Topping of Litle River, SC; four step-grandchildren John Luke Miller;Taylor Todd, Dlyan Miller, Ashley Todd; a sister, Laurene Gordon of Dobson; two brothers, Wade Moore of Mullins, SC and Al Moore of Dobson, NC and a special friend, Audrey Topping of Little River, SC. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday December 28, 2007 at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Trent Lyons officiating and burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson on Thursday from 7 to 9 pm. Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Moore family.
