Bobby Joe Goins

Mr. Bobby Joe Goins, age 58 of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023 at his home unexpectedly.  Bobby was born in Surry County, on October 16, 1965, to the late Rosa Lee and Coy Goins.  Bobby could always light the room up or put a smile on your face, regardless of the person or the surroundings.  He fought many battles of his own, but to many you could never tell as he tried to fight them alone.  Left to cherish his memory are his brother and sister-in-law, Johnny Goins and Meegan; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his sisters, Pat Douglas, Ella Jean Dalton; brothers, Michael Lee Goins, Coy Eugene Goins Jr.  There will be no formal services held at this time.  Moody’s of Mount Airy is serving the Goins Family.
