Bobby Dean Love

Mr. Bobby Dean Love, 75, of Mount Airy, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mr. Love was born March 22, 1941, in Surry County, to the late Hal Madison and Essie Hull Love. He retired from Renfro Hosiery Mill and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Allene McRoberts Love of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Love and Chris Annunziata; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Franklin Lee Love and Sonny Love and Kay Love. In addition to his parents, Mr. Love was preceded in death by a sister, Clara Hardy Matthews. The funeral service will be held Monday, August 29, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Chris Benfield officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 2151, Memphis, TN 38101-2151.
