Bonnie Sue Hunt Monday

Ms. Bonnie Sue Hunt Monday, 53, of 122 Ayers Circle, Mount Airy, passed away Saturday morning, February 14, 2015, at her home. Ms. Monday was born April 7, 1961, in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late Walter Raymond and Frances Lee Shinault Hunt. Bonnie was a certified nursing assistant at Liberty Homecare and a member of Salvation Baptist Church. She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Crystal Sue and Jason Hodges, Alisha Ann and Timothy Bowman, and Bonnie Sue Monday, all of Mount Airy; her grandchildren, Brianna Ladd, Ariel Hooker, Madison Goodson, Lilly Goodson, Caleb Bowman, Blake and Amber Bowman, Jessica Bowman, and Jarred Bowman; her special companion, Charles Ray Pack of Mount Airy; a sister, Frankie Johnson of Pilot Mountain; and three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Randall and Sandy Hunt of Wilmington, Donnie and Kathy Hunt of Mount Airy, and Dennis Hunt of Thurmond. The funeral service will be held Monday, February 16, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Salvation Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jerry King officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at Salvation Baptist Church. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
