Brenda "Bingo" Faye Mabe

Mrs. Brenda “Bingo” Faye Willard Mabe, age 75 of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Novant-Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Mabe was born in Surry County on April 15, 1950, to the late Robert Glenn (Jack) and Hazel Hunter Willard. Brenda was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Bingo loved to have a good time, laughing and picking. Surviving is her son, Bobby Lee Easter; sisters and brother-in-law, Carolyn “Coggie” Willard Bowman and Billy, Debbie Willard Russell, Pauline Willard Atkins; special friends, Zoey and Clinton; niece, Robin Sigmon and Jamie. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mabe was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wade Mabe; and a brother, Robert Glenn Willard; brothers-in-law, Ted Russell, David Atkins. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy with Reverend Chad Harrison officiating. Interment will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Moody Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
