Bro. Tommy Edward Noah

Bro. Tommy Edward Noah, age 77 of Mt. Airy, went to be with his Lord on January 17, 2015. Bro. Noah was born in Surry County on March 6, 1937 to the late James Thomas and Etta Hunt Noah. He loved his family and was devoted to Lord being ordained as a Baptist Minister and was a member of Friendly Chapel Church. Bro. Noah served his community in the Pilot Mountain Rescue Squad and Fire Department. Bro. Noah a security officer with Northern Hospital and a past employee of Cox Needham Funeral Home. Surviving are his devoted wife, Shirley Jean Bullins Noah; a son and daughter-in-law, Aaron Tracy and Debbie Noah; grandchildren, Derek Noah, Ashlyn Noah and Alisa Noah and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Friendly Chapel Church by Bro. Don Collins and Rev. Bobby Bullins. Burial will follow in Pinnacle View Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 12:00 until the hour of the service.
