Carolyn Sue Simmons Wood

Mrs. Carolyn Sue Simmons Wood, age 64 of Patrick Springs, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, at her home.  She was born in Wichita, KS on October 10, 1959, to the late Perry Joel Simmons and Velva Mae Gunter Shepherd.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her best friend, Edward Douglas Wood, Jr.

Surviving is one daughter, Sarah Dawn Clarke of Jacksonville, FL; three sons and daughter-in-law, Tommy Taylor, Josh and Denise Taylor, Chris Taylor; and several brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
