Charles Lee Goins

         Mr. Charles Lee Goins, age 70 of Ararat, passed away Monday, June 21, 2020 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.  He was born on December 15, 1949 in Patrick County.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Goins; and two brothers, Bill and James Goins.

         Surviving are a sister, Lynda Jones of Stuart; two brothers, Thomas Goins of Stuart, Carl Goins of Claudville; and several nieces and nephews.
