Charles F. Hinkle

Mr. Charles F, Hinkle, 62, of 1392 Epworth Church Road, Cana, VA, passed away Monday, May 3, 2010, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Hinkle was born April 3, 1948, in Richwood, WV, to the late Woodrow and Margarate Chapman Hinkle. He was a member of Epworth Methodist Church and employed at Myde. He is survived by his wife, Hazel "Lenora" Hinkle of the home; a loving friend, Beth McGuire; a daughter, Cynthia Lynn Shafer of Clendenin, WV; a son, Charles Daniel of Clendenin, WV; a brother, Lawrence Hinkle of Florida; a brother, Auston Hinkle of Utah; and seven grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 6, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Epworth United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dennis W. "Bud" Cameron officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Epworth United Methodist Church. Flowers will be accepted.
