Charles Cape Jones

Mr. Charles Cape Jones, 65, of Mt. Airy, passed away unexpectedly at his home Saturday, January 28, 2023.  He was born in Forsyth County, October 12, 1957, to the late Jim Columbus Jones and Rosella Fulk Jones Atkins.  Charles loved his family and enjoyed fishing when he had the chance.  He was known as a hard worker, willing to help anyone regardless the task.  Charles is survived by his sisters, Pansy Potts Tilley, Frances Odum, and Rosie Chandler; a brother Denny Jones; and numerous special nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by a sister, Celia Mabe; and brothers, Walter, Henry, and Lewis Jones.  The family is planning a memorial service at a later date.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
