Cheryl Lynne Ramsey Bowman

Mrs. Cheryl Lynne Ramsey Bowman, 67, of Mount Airy, passed away early Wednesday morning, December 4, 2024, at her home. Mrs. Bowman was born December 21, 1956, in Chester, SC, to the late Paige Ramsey and Carol Frady Ramsey Babb. Cheryl was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and a friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Johnny Ray Bowman; two daughters and a son-in-law, Brandy and Frank Holley and Betty Drake; a stepson, Ray Lane; nine grandchildren, including two special grandchildren, Karen Holley and Brandon Holley; a great-grandchild; and two sisters, Cindy Cooper and Debbie Selvio. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bowman was preceded in death by a grandson, Anthony Holley; and a sister, Teresa Huntley. No formal visitation or memorial service will be held at this time. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
