Christopher Blake Harrell

Mr. Christopher Blake Harrell, 23, of Westfield passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. He was born in Surry County on June 6, 1992 to Tammy Harrell of Westfield. Mr. Harrell was a member of Glory Bound Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, Mr. Harrell is survived by his grandmother, Annie Lee Harrell of Westfield; aunts and uncles, Brenda and Jimmy Horton of Hillsville, VA, Kay and Terry Riggs of Mt. Airy, Tommy and Sherri Harrell of Dallas, TX; cousins, Terry Horton, Kaci Quesenberry, Scott East, Belinda Epperson, Katie Ayers, Andy Riggs, Michael Harrell, and Lil Tommy Harrell. Mr. Harrell was preceded in death by his grandfather, Clyde Thomas Harrell. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Stevens, the Rev. John Kinder, and the Rev. Michael Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in Peoples Church Cemetery.
