Clara Faye Bryant

Ms. Clara Faye Harrell Bryant, 80, of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday afternoon, December 26, 2020 at Central Continuing Care.  She was born in Surry County on January 25, 1940 to the late Walter Madison Harrell and Beatrice Ella Fain Harrell.  Ms. Bryant retired as a caregiver for many years.  She was a loving mother, caring sister, and friend to many.  She is survived by her loving son, Tim Bryant; a sister, Linda Harrell White; and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Bryant was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Donald Harrell; and two sisters, Barbara Pike and Mary Catherine Harrell.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday December 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Dean Eaton officiating.  The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Central Continuing Care and Mountain Valley Hospice for all the love and care shown to Faye during her illness.  A very special thank you to her nephew, Andy Bowman and wife Tammy for all of the love and special care.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the Bryant family.
