It's amazing how long it took to get here to 2014 but when we look back it's like a flash in time. I've got one lil Grandson, Nathan- 4, and when I retired(sorta) last January I thought I would be taking it easy and all but don't kid yourself you'll be actually as busy as working but just in different directions. So I'll give you the Craig saga in brief. In 1966 I went to Warren Automotive and worked my butt off and left in 1968 to go to East Ohio Gas. In 1969 went to Van Huffel and was working my way thru Youngstown State. In late 69 I met Kathy Berezny from Harding and dated her for 3 months, proposed and we got married 7-25-70. We've also been married for 44 years this July. As you know not a lot of 43 year marriages are around anymore. After we were married my life took off. I went with Prudential as a Regional Manager at the end of 70. I then got my Securities license, Real Estate License, Broadcast License, Insurance license, Contractors License and formed my Corporation-Craig J. McCracken Inc. In 1971 I started Consulting for over 50 doctors in Warren and surrounding areas. I was by then a Medical practice management Specialist Consulting and Advising Doctors (of all Disciplines) and businessmen. By 1972 my practice and client list grew and I started consulting for Doctors throughout the South East. I soon became the largest and highest paid Practice Management Consultant in the country and just kept expanding mostly from N. Carolina to Florida and still up into New York and beyond. I then also consulted for Columbia HCA, HealthSouth, TLC, BCBS, Prime Medical, SEEC, Connecticut Health and several small Companies. So from 1971 until Jan. of 2013 I mainly consulted and advised just over 2,000 Doctors, 15 Fortune 500 Companies, designed and built over 150 Medical buildings and over 200 Private Residences started 7 different Companies including FuddRuckers, Showplaces Inc., Eye Lasers LLC, CJMC INC. Construction, OPT. Services and SISI LLC. I'm very proud looking back on it that starting with absolutely nothing; I turned my persistence and desire with limited brain power into a multi-million dollar venture which will pay me thru out retirement. But my proudest achievement beyond my great marriage to Kathy is having 4 phenomenal kids that all got their Masters Degrees and are all very gainfully employed and have my persistence, drive and desire. Shaunta, Shannon, Craig J II and Sommer.
