Crystal Nicole Barker

Miss Crystal Nicole Barker, age 42, of Lowgap, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the Novant-New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Ms. Barker was born April 27, 1981, in Davidson County to the late Debra Sue Shaw Barker, and H. Wanye Barker.  Surviving is her daughter, Cloey Barker; two sons, Corey Barker, Cobey Adams; two grandchildren, Logan Barker, Bryson Barker; a half-sister, Tammi Gordon and husband, Kevin; brother, Justin Barker; along with numerous aunts and uncles.  Ms. Barker was preceded in death by her mother, Debra Sue Shaw Barker; her maternal grandparents, William and Helen Shaw; and her paternal grandparents, H.W. and Lucille Barker.  No formal services will be held at this time.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
