Mr. Curtis William Doss

Mr. Curtis William Doss, age 82, of Jamestown, NC passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 at the Shannon Gray Rehabilitation and Recovery Center in Jamestown. Mr. Doss was born April 15, 1933 in Surry County North Carolina to the late Jesse and Pearl Doss. He was retired from Hooker Industries and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Doss was preceded in death by his wife; Lorene Mabe Doss: his brothers Howard and Larry Doss: and one sister, Stacy Mae Doss.
He is survived by his loving granddaughter and her husband, Kari and Joshua Mann, of Brown Summit, North Carolina: sisters and brothers-in-law: Brenda and David Allison of Thomasville; Jean and J.C. Robertson of Mount Airy and Gladys Johnson of Dobson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 5-7 PM at Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson. The funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 1, 2015 in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Reverend Vernon Farrington, officiating. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Winston Salem.
