Dana Denise Martin

Ms. Dana Denise Martin, 54, of Claudville, VA passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at her home. She was born in Forsyth County on November 22, 1961 to the late Marlin and Ethel Bowman Martin. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Erika Ortiz and David, Raven Johanknecht and Joseph, Creighton Burris; grandchildren, Hope Ortiz, Elaina Ortiz, Jayden Johanknecht, Gavin Burris, Carmen Ortiz, a sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca McCollum and Mike; two brothers, Kevin and Perry Martin; a long time friend, Phillip Gates. A memorial graveside service will be held at 10:00 in the morning on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Rome Baptist Church Cemetery.
