Dannie Lee Haynes

Mr. Dannie Lee Haynes of Cana, VA, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mr. Haynes was born March 10, 1950, in Carroll County, VA, to the late Robert Fonzo and Hassie Mae Dawson Haynes. He was retired from Wellington Leisure Products. Surviving are three sisters, Clara Hall of Nellies Ford, VA, Ina Haynes of Cana, VA, and Judy Flinchum of Mount Airy; and a brother, Roy Haynes of Cana, VA. In addition to his parents, Mr. Haynes was preceded in death by three brothers, J.R. Haynes, Charlie Haynes, and Joe Haynes; and a special nephew, Stanley Haynes. To remember Dannie, the family will receive friends on Sunday night from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
