David Roop

Mr. David Bryant Roop, age 65 of Patrick Springs, Virginia passed away at his home on Thursday, April 22, 2021.  He was born in Virginia on August 5, 1955 to the late Marshall Edwin Roop and Georgia Hazel Gilley Roop.  David enjoyed bluegrass music, hunting, and wearing bib overalls.          Mr. Roop is survived by two children, Jason Roop of Stuart, and Lisa Roop Belcher and husband, Stephen of Meadows of Dan; two grandsons, Dante Belcher and Jack Belcher; two sisters, Jean Ramey, and Carolyn Roop Bowles, both of Patrick Springs; two brothers, Harvey Roop and Stanley Roop; nieces; nephews; friends; and neighbors.          All services will be private.
