Delia Dennis "Dino" Greene

Mr. Delia Dennis “Dino” Greene, age 75, of Dobson, passed away January 31, 2023, at Northern Hospital in Mount Airy. He was born July 16, 1947, in Surry County, to the late Henry Thomas Greene and the late Sarah Ruth Coone. Left to cherish his memories are his longtime special friends, Bob and Kim Hinton Kaszowski, and their children, Logan, Joah and Cooper of Dobson; longtime employer and special friend, Aaron Akers of Mount Airy. Mr. Greene cherished his days playing softball, and was a loyal New York Yankees and Carolina Tarheels fan, and also a big fan of all sports. Special thanks to all his friends and neighbors who loved and cared for him at Surry Manor. He liked staying on the move and could be seen cruising the roads or hanging around the barber shop. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday , February 18, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Moody-Davis Funeral Chapel with Darold Adams officiating.
