Donald Lee Riggins

Donald Lee Riggins, 84, of Dobson, North Carolina, passed away November 25, 2025, in Stuart, Virginia. Born August 4, 1941, to the late James “Pete” and Roxie Riggins. Donald proudly served his country in the United States Marines. He then later worked for the State of Virigina until his retirement. Left to cherish his memory is his son and daughter-in-law, Donald Riggins Jr. and Debbie; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen Abner and David, Lisa Hardy, Patricia Hall and Michael, and Barbara Thompson; as well as numerous grand and great grandchildren. Along with his parents, Donald is preceded in death by his wife, Regena Riggins; son-in-law, Johnny Hardy; and several brothers and sisters. There will be no formal service for Mr. Riggins. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Riggins family.
