Donna Jaye Goad

Ms. Donna Jaye Goins Goad, age 69, of Pilot Mountain, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018, at the Woltz Hospice Home.  Ms. Goad was born in Surry County in November 13, 1948, to Arlis and Imogene Haley Goins.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed.  Surviving are daughters, Laurie Beeson; and Mary Forrest; grandchildren, Courtney Forrest, Kyle Forrest, Haley Beeson, and Colton Andrews; great grandson, Grayson Lasley, a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Roger Mears; and a special cousin, Tim Haley.  The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Rd., Dobson, NC 27017.
