Doris Hutchens Smith

Mrs. Doris Hutchens Smith, 88, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at her home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Skyline Memory Gardens, with the Rev. Travis Sechrist and the Rev. Sammy Lawson officiating. No formal visitation will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Medi Home Health and Hospice, 403 South Main Street, Suite 101, Sparta, NC 28675; or Blues Grove Baptist Church, 3607 Red Brush Road, Mount Airy, NC 27030. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
