Doug Meredith

Mr. Doug Meredith, 80 of Fancy Gap, VA passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Northern Regional Hospital in Mount Airy, NC. He was born to J.P and Clara Meredith on August 25, 1943. Doug was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Meredith is survived by his wife, Shirley Gardner Meredith, whom he married October 6, 1962; his children, Greg and April Meredith and Tracy and Rod Bryant; grandchildren, Dillon Bryant (Alex Lewis), Maggie Bryant (Adam Horton), Cora Meredith (Colby Sprouse) and Colton Meredith (Taylor Quesenberry). Also surviving is his sister, Sandra (George) Weddle; nephews, John and Paul Weddle and a special pup friend, Diesel. There will be a celebration of life on October 7, 2023 at 4:00PM at Round Knob Baptist Church.
