Edgar "Junior" McAdams

Mr. Edgar “Junior” McAdams, age 78 of Ringgold, Virginia passed away on November 11, 2025 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 22, 1946 to the late Henry McAdams and Annice Holt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Alice Trexler McAdams; his second wife, Joyce Sheetz McAdams; sons, John McAdams and Jamie McAdams; and a brother, Mark Anthony McAdams.

Junior proudly served in the United States Army. He never met a stranger and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Mr. McAdams is survived by three sons, Paul McAdams, Tim McAdams, and David McAdams (Dovie); a step-son, Michael Sheetz; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Erline Sowders and Shirley Bowman; and a brother, Tommy Lee McAdams.
