Franklin "Frank" Andrew Woodruff

Mr. Franklin "Frank" Andrew Woodruff, 73, of Mt. Airy passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at his home. He was born in Surry County on July 25, 1942 to the late Click and Bessie Coe Woodruff. Mr. Woodruff was a retired painter and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Sheila Woodruff, Randy Woodruff, Ronnie and Tammy Woodruff; grandchildren, Jessie Mitchell, Zack Woodruff, Aleisha Ardner, Bret Woodruff, Miranda Woodruff, and Sara woodruff; great grandchildren, Cooper and Emery Mitchell; sisters and brothers-in-law, Retha Quesinberry, Betty Southern, Anna Lee Paige, Mary Ruth and James Cooper, Norma and Archie Haynes, Sandra and Jimmy Byrd; Many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Woodruff was preceded in death by sisters, Edna Easter, and Dorothy Laurence Branch. The family will receive friends Wednesday night September 9, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
