Gabriela-Desiree Marie Portillo

Miss Gabriela-Desiree Marie Portillo, age 21, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022.  She was born on July 17, 2001 in Forsyth County to Krystal Nagel and Luis Portillo.  Gabie had a beautiful smile.  She was a light, and joy to everyone she touched.  Left to cherish her memories are her mother and stepfather, Krystal Nagel Cisneros and Edgar Cisneros-Hernandez; father and stepmother, Luis and Martha Portillo; siblings, Jazmyn, and Leilany Cisneros, Anthony, Britany, and Heymi Portillo; grandparents, Susan Wilson, Stephanie and Todd Gregory, Robert Nagel; great-grandparents, Jean and Bruce Muzia , Donna Murray, Becky Lounsberry as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and Cousins.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. Gary Mills.  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the family, you may reach out to them to see their needs.
