Gladys May Cleary

Mrs. Gladys May Monk Cleary, age 83, of King, passed aways at her home on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. She was born in Boston Massachusetts on May 9, 1941 to the late Herbert Henry and Ida Marie Seymour Monk. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Richard Cleary Jr. (Yuna); grandchildren, Kerri Williams (Michael Taylor), Richard Cleary III (Kacie). In addition to her parents Mrs. Cleary was preceded in death by her husband; Richard Cleary Sr.; daughters, Pamela and Maureen Cleary . A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy. Service to be conducted by family and friends. There will be no formal visitation prior to the service.
