Harold Dean Shinault

Mr. Harold Dean Shinault, Sr., age 72 of Mount Airy passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Novant-Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Shinault was born July 21, 1951, in Surry County to the late Claude and Lucy Senter Shinault. Harold was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Surviving is his wife, Paulette Combs Shinault, daughter Wendy Shinault; a son, Casey Shinault; granddaughter, Sumer Hiatt; great-granddaughter, Mallie Hiatt; sister, Betty Shinault Johnson, special niece, Melaina Sands, mother-in-law, Shirley Combs; brother-in-law, Mark Combs. In addition to his parents, Mr. Shinault was preceded in death by a sister, Lucille Shinault Phillips. No formal service will be held at this time. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
