Mr. Harrison Jay Brooks, 64, of Mt. Airy passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Carroll County, VA. He was born in Harford County on October 5, 1951 to the late James Harrison and Ruby Grace Brooks. He is survived by a son, Reginald James Brooks; sisters, Linda Griffith, Ruth Tibbs, Rose Woodworth, Nancy Greer, and Martha Gullet; brothers, Tom Brooks, and Dale Brooks; many nieces and nephews.
