Jack Henry Crouse

Mr. Jack Henry Crouse, age 83, of Dobson, NC passed away on Friday evening June 10, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center in Forsyth County.  He was born on September 7, 1938, to the late Dallas Jerome Crouse and the late Mary Carolyn Cooper Crouse.  He was a member of Salem Fork Baptist Church, was employed by Vaughn Bassett.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Janeah Crouse.  Surviving is his wife Patricia Woodruff; daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Rodney Wagoner, Mary Ann and Dean Casstevens; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan “Monty” and Nancy Crouse; grandchildren, Meghan and Justin Snow, Lindsey and Terry Hayes, Ceth Crouse, Cooper Crouse, Augusta Hill, Hunter Casstevens, Tyler Wagoner; great-grandchildren, Jett Smith, Jacee Smith; sisters and brother-in-law, Emma Ree Wiles, Carolyn and Larry Martin; brother, Jerry Crouse; mother-in-law, Ann Woodruff and Donald Royal; special friend Michael Byrd; several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday June 14, 2022, in the Family Life Center of Salem Fork Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  Rev. Sean Joplin will conduct the services.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, one hour before, in the Family Life Center of Salem Fork Baptist Church.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Crouse Family.
