James Timothy Blankenship

Mr. James Timothy Blankenship, age 56, of Mount Airy passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He was born on November 27, 1968, in McDowell County, West Virginia to the late Jimmy and Della Walker Blankenship. Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Patty Willis (Wayne); nephews, Cameron Willis, Ethan Willis (Elise), Ben Willis. In addition to his parents Mr. Blankenship was preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Blankenship. A joint memorial service for him and his sister was held Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Welcome Baptist Church with service conducted by Dr. Rick Jackson.
