James Roland Jones Jr

Mr. James Roland Jones Jr., 52 of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Northern Hospital of Surry County. Mr. Jones was born December 5, 1962 in Surry County to Martha Margaret Gammons Jones and the late James Roland Jones, Sr. Mr. Jones was a truck driver. Mr. Jones is survived by two daughters, Amber Jones Felenczak and husband Layton of Winston Salem and Jamie Jones Scales and husband Carlos of Mt. Airy, a son James Anthony Jones of Kernersville, six grandchildren Ashton Felenczak, Donovan Jones, Ethan Jones, Caleb Scales, Zoe Felenczak and Emma Scales, sisters Deborah Willard and Dianna Worrell both of Mt. Airy and his caregiver Eugenia Worrell Jones. In addition to his father Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his wife Renee York Jones. The family will have a memorial service at a later date. Moody Funeral Services will be assisting the Jones Family.
