Jerry Duane Butterworth

Mr. Jerry Duane Butterworth, 78, of Fancy Gap, VA passed away at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home Wednesday, February 12, 2020.  He was born in Winfield, KS, November 22, 1941 to Donna Heater Butterworth and the late Theodore Butterworth.  Mr. Butterworth retired from Santa Fe Railroad after over 40 years of service.  Mr. Butterworth was a member of the Wellington Masonic Lodge 150 AF & AM.  In addition to his mother, he will be fondly remembered by his son, Jeremy Butterworth and girlfriend, Brandy Dowell; his brother, Joel Butterworth; a sister, Judy Butterworth; four grandkids and two great-grandkids.  Mr. Butterworth was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jill Butterworth.  Funeral arrangements will be added at a later date.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
