Jessi Cole Beverly

 Ms. Jessi Cole Beverly, 29, of Mt. Airy passed away unexpectedly Monday, October, 29, 2018.  She was born in Forsyth County on August 13, 1989 to Donald Gray Beverly, Jr. and the late Mary Katherine McIntyre Beverly.  Jessi was a loving mother, sister and daughter with a free spirit.  She is survived by her parents, Donald Gray Beverly, Jr. and Cindy; her children, Jaxon Gray Poliquin and Sage Michael Poliquin; her sister, Morgan Grae Beverly; step sister, Emily Stevens; step brothers, Jarred, Jonathan, and Ethan Seal; grandparents, Donna and Roger Keck and Don and Mabelene Beverly; special friends, Ryan Thomas and Lisa Thomas; several wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends; and the father of her children, Bryan Poliquin.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Jarred Seal and Rev. Alex Martin officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials contributions may be made to accounts of Jaxon and Sage Poliquin at the State Employees Credit Union, 805 S.
