Jimmy Mack Long

Mr. Jimmy Mack Long, age 43, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025. He was born on October 18, 1981 in Forsyth County to Patricia Newman Largen and the late Terry Long. Jimmy owned and operated Long Grain Woodworking and Cabinetry. Left to cherish his memory are his lifelong girlfriend, Cassie Leftwich and her son, Jagger; sister, Lalena Long; brother, Jacob Long (Whitney); stepfather, John Largen; nieces and nephews, Jocelyn Long, Ava Willard, Anthony Long, Harper Long; as well as several other family members. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy. Burial will follow at Ladonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:30 PM until the time for the service at the funeral home.
