Joe William "Billy Joe" Fulcher

Mr. Joe William “Billy Joe” Fulcher age 79, of Patrick Springs, left this world on December 30, 2020. He was born on July 14, 1941 to the late James Hatcher and Julia Trent Fulcher. Mr. Fulcher was also preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, J. B., and Troy Fulcher. Billy Joe lived in Patrick County his whole life and retired from J.P. Stevens after 35 years of service. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda Doss Fulcher; one sister, Lily Fulcher Wiggington; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held for Mr. Fulcher on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm in Patrick Memorial Gardens with Pastor Michael Morrison officiating.
