John Anthony Deojay

Mr. John Anthony Deojay, age 68, of Mount Airy, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  Mr. Deojay was born June 28, 1955, in Plainfield, Connecticut to the late Raymond and Henriette Deojay.  He was a loving father, uncle, spouse, and friend to the many that were blessed to have known him.  He had a long career in the sheet metal fabricating business.  Mr. Deojay is survived  by his soulmate of 25 years, Dolly Gauvin of the home; daughters and son-in-law, Sara Hart, Alicia Bellevue and Jason; son and daughter-in-law, Josh Deojay and Erin; stepchildren, Melissa, Laura and Renee; 11 adorable grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 16 siblings; 1 special great nephew; numerous cousins.   Per John’s request there will be a celebration of life held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the Molodich Farm, 633 Ekonk Hill Road, Moosup, CT 06354.  Moody’s of Mount Airy is respectfully serving the Deojay family.
